Trey Herlitz-Ferguson
Founder, Case Manager, & Lead Coach
Trey Herlitz-Ferguson is the founder of Off The Couch, with over 7 years in the recovery field and over 8 years of personal sobriety. Having attended wilderness therapy and sober living, Trey blends lived experience with professional training to mentor adolescents and young adults. Passionate about breaking cycles of addiction and mental health struggles, he offers structure, accountability, and hope. Outside of work, Trey lives what he teaches—staying active, building community, and continuing his own growth.
Dylan Wolf
Recovery Coach
Dylan Wolff is a recovery coach with over three years of sobriety and a passion for helping others navigate addiction and mental health challenges. He manages two sober living homes in Venice with Living Now Recovery and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Drawing from his own journey and professional training, Dylan supports clients with structure, accountability, and empathy. Outside of coaching, he enjoys skateboarding, surfing, and soccer.


Cameron Raufmann
Recovery Coach
Cameron began his sobriety journey at 19 and brings nearly a decade of experience in behavioral healthcare to his work with individuals and families. Known for his authentic and relational style, he helps clients navigate change with compassion and integrity. Outside of coaching, he recharges through skateboarding, surfing, trail running, and time in nature.
Jon Ericson
Personal Trainer & Mentor
Jon Erickson is a personal trainer who has worked with clients ranging from professional UFC fighters to older adults living with Parkinson’s. He brings a high level of care and adaptability to every session, meeting each client where they are and helping them grow stronger in body and mind.
Outside the gym, Jon is an ultra runner, dedicated yogi, and active participant in men’s work. These practices fuel his own growth and directly influence his training style, grounded, intentional, and focused on long-term well-being.
